Stayed in Deluxe Room with the highest tariff. Only advantage is the location is lake side. Service and amenities are very poor. Everything happening on repeated requests. No hot water, Swimming pool step was broken, bathroom was not clean, No drinking water provided. Even Towel & Soap provided after request. Overall a ridiculous and horrible experience for a family stay.

Stay is worst here because except for view stay was horrible. No proper rooms. Zero clealiness. Bathroom and toilet horrible. Swimming pool bad. Many ants insects crawling all around room. Tv and ac working. Don ever select this for your stay. Not recommend for stay.Full of cutaneous larva migrans. A skin infection spreads here.
