The Taste of food are excellent the room is little bit dirty but its okay. excellent service and friendly staff. overall nice place to stay.

Not good...as shown in this app rooms are average manager is irresponsible told twice to give things regarding room requirements but they didn't respond, lights are not working

As per the budget, the room is okay, and I have no complaints about it. However, I would like to highlight some negative points about this hotel. The deluxe room is situated on the fourth floor, but the lift is not working properly. Despite asking several times, they took a long time to provide a bath towel. I requested an extra bed sheet for sleeping, but they did not provide it. I will not be staying there again.

1 night stay, checked in late night, so had to self assist to the room. Room was ready but had to shift to another as the A/C was not working. After shifting to the other room found the TV was not working due to insufficient balance & also Didn't asked for Wi-Fi, Jio 5G was enough for entertainment. Dinner was ready in room on order. Observed Hybrid Working staff, the Receptionist & Security personal did the room service at night. Provided a pair of toilet soap as toiletries. Got an extra pillo ...more

I was visiting Jorhat for work and stayed in this hotel for a long period of 14 days. The rooms are v nice and cosy with all facilities like intercom, Tv, AC, electric kettle,fridge, geyser and other common items. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff was courteous and helpful, their assistance was prompt in whatever I needed during the stay. The property is safe for travellers. The attached restaurant food was good and averagely priced. It was a really good stay in Dipti Hotel. I would recommend this to fellow travellers.

Quaint Hotel in a good location. The AC rooms are good, well behaved staff, they helped us park our car and upgraded our room. Food was good too.
