i had to book this hotel as i made last minute plans and did not have anywhere else to stay in bhuj.
at first they room check in was shown as 9am, however room was still not available when i reached at 11:30 am. i had to wait for half an hour. room condition was below average. door lock had issues and was getting locked and unlocked at its own will.
the service is very poor. reception guy is 24x7 busy on his phone making personal calls and was very inattentive.

The denied our check in.. not a place for family... very rude staff. We had to find new hotel at night.. don't book this hotel.. worst experience ever..

Average hotel, not the clean and tidy wash rooms, no basis amenities (WIFI was not working, and their excuse was that, it will work from next day when we will not be in hotel!, what is the point of next day, they know that, people are coming to they should get it ready in working condition)
