dolfin hotel is now loosing there quality like maintenance is very bad ac vent is open ,door lock using with poly thin, and wallpaper is torn. In short very bad maintenance.....

The sheets, pillow covers & towels were unclean and the view from the hotel room was that of the next building's exit. However the overall service was good and in-house restaurant prepares good food. The location is excellent if you're passing through the town or want to stay closer to the National Highway for any other reason. Hirakud, the main attraction, is about 25 minutes away and easily accessible from the hotel.

Hotel is below average.
Bed, pillow and towels are very old.
Room is cockroach infested.
Landline not working and the alternate mobile number for contacting for room service was not answered by anyone.

During covid impact , hotel management trying to satisfy the customer. Shortage of manpower impact service time. Overall facilities are satisfactory.
