Great stay at the wonderful property, Warmly welcomed by Janki at the reception. The property is well maintained and has all the premium amenities to enlighten your senses. Special mention to Janki for ensuring the stay was awesome.

It's the worst property I have ever visited. Firstly- We checked in to rooms the gave us someone's used room(totally messed room). Then the duty manager said we can do is what give you another room on different floor that to without any apologies (my nephew & her mother was staying on some different floor) what a pathetic behaviour. Then the entire night AC was on & the room was so much suffocated & warm . Minimum 10 calls i made no body came entire night. Next morning we ordered milk for a kid no milk came for him in 2 hours The worst,pathetic 5 property ever visited .

This time we were upgraded to the higher floor which was much quieter and the shower quarter was cleaner. Sleep quality was the best so far of all our stay at Doubletree by Hilton Gurgaon. Special thanks to Ms Pia and all the staff team who always greeted us with the warmest smiles (and warm cookies!) Breakfast buffet selection was decent. And gym facility was up to the mark. Now Doubletree by Hilton Gurgaon has become our home away from home. Looking forward to our next stay in the near future.
