very Bad experience as shown in app Resturant but not there ,no proper staff ,no amenities as shown but Room is clean , very very Bad ,only one caretaker

hotel dream suties is a hotel located near kattappana new bus stand and old bus stand.
i booked a non ac room the checkin and chekout process was so smooth, the staff was polite. in the room there was an led tv along with a table chair and a cupboard. in bathroom has 24 hours hot water, they also provide soap and dental kit. there is no in house resturent, but there were many resturents near the hotel. the major attraction is that the hotel is near kattappana new bus stand and old bus stand.
overall a good hotel with a reasonable price.

staff was helpful in finding parking space in that busy complex area. he also provided necessary items when requested. can provide better, clean towels. we had to wait for hot water from the pipe for a long time. otherwise everything was fine.
