Very nice stay. Comfortable ans spacious rooms. Kitchen was not operative due to corona but food was arranged from nearby restaurant. Good service of staff

Place is very nice.. but very less staff.. only one or two people. hotel was neat and clean. but the main problem was breakfast was very late . it got delayed almost for an hour as their own kitchen is closed so they would order it from outside.. which took a lot of time.. also there is no view from any room windows.

staff is behaviour is very poor and also after booking with payment he said there was no room available. as they want sell there room on higher price. no electricity no water no drinking water that's why I left next day. totally disgusting property do not reside there.

poor staff, whole night no electricity,no one response on dial 9 over phone.suffered lot with family, asking extra charges for heater, refused to provide tea kit no hygienic food

Hotel was good. However, facilities were quite limited. It was quite basic at all level. However, room service and staff was really good. There was no major view we got. Food was good. we got a good package from hotel, meals were quite well planned by the hotel. overall, good experience. I would suggest to explore other properties too, but this is a decent property. May not be a three star as they have mentioned. Thy can improve a lot in terms of ambience of the hotel.

Convenient location in Dhanolti and amazing food are the positives of this hotel. However, it lacks some basic facilities like heating and toilet amenities to make into top billing.
