The worst stay i ever had. Found dirty rooms on entry even after changing room the stay was not satisfactory.. food was not good enough every one in the hotel staff was so rushy for new clients not entertaining old booking correctly. Wud not refer this hotel to any one. Dirty rooms nothing for children to play.

it was very wonderful experience to stay at drive inn...all the staff is very descent and helpful..specially all facility available 24 hours including kitchen service...i was order my dinner at 1.30 am at late night...and they serve happily...rooms are very neat and clean..washrooms also very clean..with all washroom accesories available there..roof top area for bar and restaurent with live music is amazing...nice place..location is also so good exactly on mall road..they have enough parking area also...kids play area...and enough open area

Travelled with family including 2 kids (1 of which is infant) Booked for 2 nights - but have to checked out after 1 only due to mis-behaviour of Hotel GM with me and my family. 1) Damaged my car windshield in their parking. And upon questioning - pat comes reply "you have paid for room, not the parking". 2) No water in bathing area of washroom 3) price on higher side in comparison to peer group offering similar facilities 4) Breakfast menu is limited. It was horrible, the property was stinking badly, poor service no room services. No water in the hotel. Will not plan any visit again.

Very bad quality of rooms. Food service is slow and food rates are exorbitantly high. Not value for money. I will list key feedback - dustbin - not cleaned - warm water - at times - intercom - doesn't work - TV - doesn't work - welcome drink - no - tea kettle - no - no water in room - very dark room. Most of the lights not working - stairs seepage with lot of water. I do not recommend this hotel

Just about an average experience. Biggest plus is their location which is at the corner of Mall road (opposite end if you enter from Library Chowk) along with their own parking space which is sufficient for 10-12 cars at a time. However when it comes to actual hospitality, they are quite reactive. One needs to ask for basic things and then only they will get it.
