The hotel has spacious and comfortable rooms, with easy access to the IT corridor in Chennai. However, the service was disappointing.
They provided only a half-liter water bottle, and when I requested more, I was told to refill from water cans placed on each floor.
The complimentary breakfast seemed to be sourced from another hotel. It included Pongal, Vada, and Idly.
When I asked for coffee during breakfast, the staff bluntly told me to get it myself.
While the location and room quality were good, the poor service left a negative impression.

Very bad service. Wifi was not available. Even mineral water was not available. Other amenities like ironbox were missing.
Breakfast was not hygenic and the utensils were not washed.
The staff was not at-all professional.

The most disgusting stay I had . I booked it for two nights to avoid early check-in hazzle
Checked in the morning to see a dirty tea cups , bathroom with a used soap , half empty glass water bottle, you could never see a clean space on the entire toilet it's all old with salt and yellow stains . The worst of all is the bed, I started to feel itchiness after few minutes of using the bed .

Actually room and the ambience was good but bed and cot is which is not comfortable which is two cot and water is not good its completely black don't know but all above they are maintaining the ambience pleasantly
