I visited this property in June and stayed for 2 nights with my wife and kid. I did not find any reason to give this property a good rating. Let's start: 1. Can u find this property location on Google maps obviously yes, but it's wrong. I was trying to find this property in the city as per google maps but it is somewhat 7 km from the city. 2 . Was the washroom clean? Yes but u can see dust once u end up taking bath. Plastic doors and yes u cannot lock the washroom door Room 105, No pressure in t ...more

from very beginning I'll tell you that if you choose this property then you are being how horrible it is that you have to rest in rooms without ACs guys no power back up AC dosent work suffocating
these people are fooling you are paying for AC rooms but you will have to rest in non AC room
poor service 😢 such a worst power back up really I wouldn't have booked if I knew that condition
I couldn't sleep when power broke at 3 in night fans also not working i called reception 😒 so horrible
please don't anybody stay here

Location, Food, service are all excellent.
The area of the resort is amazing there's a river flowing behind the cottages and moreover there's ample of space for people to sit n kids to play.
Electricity is an issue in that area but they have a generator as a backup.
Service people are very nice n helping
Toilets can be more clean rest overall it was a nice stay

Location- 5, Near Dudhwa entrance Gate.Back side has a good water body where you can have good bird sighting in morning.
Room- 4
Rooms are good, spacious.
Resort is decent with basic facilities. Food quality is ok but service might be issue sometimes.
Expect basic Food options only and don't order any fancy items go for basic only.
