this is my 4th visit to this hotel, I pick this place for it's close proximity to the NH48 and the food. But rooms are really not up to the mark very poorly maintained, be it curtains, stains on the washroom. The room I got had a faulty AC, as I didn't need the AC I didn't make great hue and cry about it.

Pros: Clean rooms, right on the highway. Ambience, Delicious Food.
Cons: No room service, no hot water in taps, swimming pool only accessible in the morning hours. The kids play area needs maintenance and cleaning.
I felt safe staying there.

Improvement required in Room service. Intercom and wifi not available. Lot of disturbances during night due to different sounds and power failure observed 4 times in night.
