The room is not good according to price Staff talking behaviour is very rudely, everything is smelling, hygiene is zero, fooding is average. So i am not recommending at all this hotel to stay in Mussoorie.

The hotel was good. The room was also clean. but there is a limited parking space near the hotel. If you check-in the hotel after 2pm you have to park your car in paid parking near the hotel.

Worst Experience. While Booking they gave misinformation that Delux room have hillview. I confirmed the same from the Hotel before proceeding for my booking, they assured that we provide Hillview with Delux room. After reaching the Hotel everything changed. They denied at the spot and I was left with no options but to see garbage view. Rude staff told me ki ye aapke najariye pe hai ki aap kya dekhte hai.Secondly even after having lifts you have to cross multiple metal stairs to reach your room. Be careful if you are traveling with kids or senior citizens.Overall experience: Cheated.

The only good thing about this hotel is it's location other than that this hotel is worstRooms were very small and smelly but the biggest led down was the cleanliness the bed sheets had many stains on it - and there were hairs in every corner everywhere in the room and washroom - the pillows were smelly and don't let me start on towels .. if you do book this hotel by mistake please carry your own towels bedsheets pillow and basic amenities they have nothing . No balcony no view only dirtiness ...more
