Terrible receptionist!
He was extremely rude throughout our stay, especially during checkout. Even though we checked out at 11 AM (well before the 2 PM ), he spoke harshly and showed zero manners. No guidance, no courtesy—just plain rude. 0 stars for the receptionist!

Nice hotel and good stay. courteous staff and good hospitality. Located next to kumardhaara river and good staff. Restaurant is also good.

Bed linen and towels could be cleaner. Rest is all good. Smooth checkin and helpful staff. Would recommend for a quick short stay.

very bad quality hotel ambience. stayed in a neighbouring hotel aditya nest which was superb I do not recommend this hotel.
