Rooms are not cleaning well. Just for daily activity they are cleaning. I think Under the bed they cleaned more than 6 months. Bathrooms windows and a bad smell come from rooms. But budget Travellers it's ok

I am totally unhappy with the level of cleanliness they maintained. It must be improved. Room size was small and too bed size. In this area they need to improve.

they openly told us. their actual check in is 2pm and check out time is 12pm. for early check-in to pay more other than tariff. for example if we check-in at 8am... to check out at 8am. they are calculating for 24hours. they are leaving original tariff as 2pm.

room was nice , room service is good, near kakinada RTC busstop about 300m walking distance, but one thing you want checkout about 1hour late they won't allow that they ask you to pay the one night amount
