I recently stayed at Echor Himalayan Heights, Manali for 3 nights with my family (Deluxe room with balcony and pool view). The location of the hotel was very good. The view of the snow clad mountain peaks from the balcony was amazing. The room had all the basic amenities like furniture, TV, AC, electric kettle etc. The staff were very friendly, helpful and prompt in responding to our requests. food was very bad ..on day one only we found insects on rice ...room service was also bad.....they never refilled shower gel shampoo..for all this we need to call everytime. rooms are spacious but needs daily maintenance.

pathetic service,food was worst in taste. they dont even have food to provide us. they dont take resposibility of parking vehicle in their parking. somebody smashed my windshield and they were like we dont take responsibility. the way they were dealing with us is very rude....highly recommended to not visit this property .so pls save your money ,time and peace of mind to not visiting this property.

It was a quiet peaceful cozy stay. Stay was perfect except some amenities were not pre-provided. Staff service and behavior was also good. Perfect valley view & whole city view from the room balcony can be seen. Overall 9 out of 10 for the whole hospitality service. I will definitely choose and recommend this hotel to stay.
