The owner-managed everything efficiently. Maintenance was very good. Overall 4/5 stars I will give to the homestay.

Overall the stay was fine. Location of the property was good. Caretaker manages the services over there was fine and very cooperative. Rooms were good to stay. But in terms of security, it was not so safe.

Gobibo team.... very highly UNPROFESSIONAL.
1. OVERBOOKING DONE BY GOBIBO
2. CALL CENTRE NOT ACCESSIBLE FOR OVER ONE HOUR
3. CALL TRANSFER KEPT ON HOLD FOR 37 MINUTES
4. I MISSED A VERY IMPORTANT MEETING
5. I HAD ARRANGE ALTERNATE ACCOMODATION ON MY OWN
6. GOBIBO CONTACTED ME NEXT DAY TO ASK ABOUT FEEDBACK
7. THE SENIOR MANAGEMENT AND MANAGERS ARE COMPLACENT AND LEAVE EVERYTHING TO STAFF & SUPERVISORS.... pouring sorrrys but ZERO solution
8. The GOBIBO has not published their corporate office address, tele no and email details.... so Zero Access....... highly questionable
