Don't go by reviews that are there in google as we did the same and got the worst experience. It's not a resort its kind of hotel and the rooms are worst they are not well maintained and it's not at all worth of cost. Not at all suggested.

hotel booking voucher came with clear mention of balcony. had lots of convincing to actually get balcony.- no room service- no cupboards in room- one towel for three people- soap on demand- no complimentary water bottles (paid about 5000+ per room)-no functional TATA sky- room stinks-for every small snacks you have to walk around 20-30 meters in rain to the restaurant and order and eat there only. overall not worth for this service. easily avoidable!

It was wonderful experience in New Eden garden.
spectacular views from the rooms and terrace. Well arranged barbeque and bonfire, very clean swimming pool, tasty complimentary unlimited dinner and breakfast.
easy to reach stay, clean and well maintained restaurent.
Not to miss host and staff are very welcoming making you feel comfortable and safe
Felt safe as it is next to main road
Swimming pool, Felt like a private pool as we went at 8pm to swim

Amazing place to stay. Great food and great hospitality. This is my 2nd time here and things only improved!
Staff own up responsibilities and make every moment special for you. Daniel arranged food for us at 1AM! That's something you can't get anywhere.
Bonfire, Great garden area, Clean rooms with natural lighting, Huge parking area, Crazy view of mulayanagiri hills, surrounded by plantations...
Food is yummy! Must try - Chilli fish, Poori with Sagu

A must visit place, best place to stay in nature. I had booked it for my sister and her friends and they enjoyed the stay thoroughly. Would love to stay here again in future. Food is awesome too.
