As a solo traveler, finding a place where I felt both safe and connected was essential — and EDM Hostel in Dharamkot gave me exactly that. The weather here is always pleasant. The property is well maintained and beautifully structured.The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready with a smile and helpful.

This hostel is located at a wonderful spot but the girls dorm was not kept neat at all. The day I checked in, I was resting because of the long travel and was woken up by loud music that startled me!!
The hall they host "parties" is situated on a floor below the dorms and the vibrations of the music are felt on your bed!!
All in all, this was such a disappointing experience for me. I was woken up by loud Punjabi music the next morning as well.
If you're looking for something less active and relaxing, this is definitely not the place for you!

edm hostel has a great vibe and aesthetic ambience, with boho cafes and pretty lighting, perched right on a cliff. however, it’s hard to reach—about 4 km uphill from mall road, mcleodganj.
the female dorm was basic but poorly maintained. there were frequent power cuts, no water most of the time, and the place wasn’t clean. it’s tough when you can’t even charge your phone or use water in the morning.
overall, the ambience is nice, but the facilities are a big letdown. i’d suggest picking a better hostel.

Very bad expierence .. the staff is mafia. They charge 1500 extra to provide extra mattress for 3 guest . Already paid for a simple room
