Average hotel. Prices inflated due to IPL final, not worth paying the inflated price. Dated hotel which needs urgentupdates and maintenance. Only one lift which is usually used by staff. When it eventually does become free, is incredibly slow. The 'SPA' is a storage facility, which has a bath tub and a shower, not what they market. Food was below average.
Staff very polite. AC good.

The room is good but the washroom condition is pathetic too much water is accumulated on the floor no proper flooring done by hotel management.

Nice Property with all new amenities, different interior of room & washroom. Food is also tasty at a reasonable rate. The room should have an almirah apso which is not there, rest all are OK

horrible attitude by reception counter. checking 10 pm at night and checking out at 7 am in the morning. Breakfast was booked for 3 person but refused to arrange anything at 7 am . not even at cup of tea whereas 24 hours dining is there.
Happened on 20th morning.
