worst experience. They gave my room to some other customers and asked us to go to the tambaram branch. I have no idea how they can allocate my room which i have paid fully to other customers when we try to check in. Also the hotel incharge is not picking the call when we try to discuss and all the persons available in the hotel are talking in hindi.
