Pathetic experience at hotel, they dont have their hotel name as elegant rooms in madhapur its very hard to find this hotel and then their staff also dont know that there hotel name shows as elegant rooms in madhapur, i have suffered a lot before checkin, also they dont even provide 1 water bottle including in the room cost

it was good staying in the hotel, Cleanliness was good, but food we got in the menu was not so good,if we consider room it's quite good

Staff behavior, amenities and services were not upto mark and was poor. Location was also not that good. Th ere was no dining facility. There was no complimentary services.

The overall stay was good. The location was a bit of confusion because they had two properties with same name. Rest all good.

rooms are ok.. not a family friendly... for bachelors rooms are good and budget hotel. there is no hot water in hotel.. two days we did bath with cold water...
