overall stay was comfortable. location of the hotel is very prime. cleanliness is to be improved connectivity to the nearest market shopping, tourist place, et cetera. is good. cleaning the toilet. please contact the housekeeping staff to serve you for better assistance towards the end of this. thank you. there is no restaurant presently.

I booked the hotel that Hotel serves only Pure Veg Food,but after visiting hotel i see that non-veg food is also available,that's Pathetic.

Hotel Elite is nice hotel. Rooms are quite big. Although with few amenities, it serves a good ambience. Location is in the heart of the city in Paltanbazar. It is 30 Km from Jolly Grant Airport and the taxi fare is 1300/- whereas it is close to the Dehradun station.

Your voucher never works when needed. Hotel was over priced given the quality of rooms provided. Narrow corridors, litter all around, kitchen smell everywhere from cooked meals from basement. There was a monkey in the corridor in search for food from the garbage scattered at the end of hall. Etc

every time I have one complain, that is AC never work in Elite hotel. i complained to hotel staff also every time, but things didn't change at all. everything is good at hotel. only concern is AC.
