The manager Shashikant Pandey is very bad, rude, and unprofessional. doesn't miss a chance to insult and humiliate. my wife stayed along with her friend and kids. during checkin he demanded extra money for early checkin, insisted and allowed only after they paid.
only good thing was the rooms - big and new.
other bad thing is the breakfast. you don't have any variety or choice. u have to eat what they serve.
won't recommend this to anyone.

I told the manager Mr. Shashikant Pandey that my wife is visiting alone with kids and shall be coming 1 or 2 hours early as per train time. he said if rooms are available he will allow early check-in.
the rooms were available still he asked for 500 and didn't allow. he was very rude wid my family. they had a very bad time during check-in.
Next bad thing is breakfast. each day they gave dhokla and denied any choice of ours. So u can't place any choice and have to eat whatever they serve - good or bad

they served me cold tea, idli, sambhar, and sandwich
and when I raised it to the manager, he said it in very rude tone " Thanda ho Gaya hoga"
Basically this is a banquet with some rooms for wedding guests and when there is no wedding event they take booking for rooms just for extra income
They have nothing to do with Guest's comfortable stay or hygiene

Only one good thing is big size room. 4 person easily manage. No restaurant but near hotel to many eateries. Good Location. Bike and Car parkings available. Dont expect help from hotel staff. they will not touch/ carry / bring your luggage.

We were all girls and felt really safe in the hotel. The location is very nice and room was really big with all the amenities. I highly recommend this placecleanliness , location and staff behaviour
