Delayed checkin by 40 mins, we booked king size bed and they provided twin beds. We stayed a couple of times earlier and really liked it so went ahead and booked but this time service was terrible unusually, even after requesting for king bed they said we are full

Update - they didn't bother to respond. Hello Duty Manager,I am writing this email to tell you about the "worst stay of my life" at any hotel EVER !! To begin, attached you'll find some photos of the condition your team has kept these rooms in. The pictures of your property on Goibibo are far from the reality and I'll be sure to let other guests know in my review. Your woodwork is coming apart. Your room has a pungent odour. It was my first visit to Indore and the experience at this hotel was pathetic. Though it's nearby and in centre of the city but service is not good at all. We had to shift rooms in midnight because there was no water supply in washroom. The receptionist and all staff members are of least concern to any of the issues regardless of numerous phone calls. The location and infrastructure was very good, old and modern at the same time. The rooms were clean with exception of the bathtub.
The service however was mediocre and the breakfast served was very cold and unappetising and dry, some of the food even had bugs in it. Very bad experience of food and service but the rooms are good.

When I entered the room, everything, including the bathroom, smelled of cigarette smoke. I requested cleaning, but they just sprayed some desk cleaner for a couple of minutes and left. The smoke smell remained in my room throughout my entire stay. Housekeeping was also disappointing—they provided only one towel, which wasn’t even clean.
Overall, my experience was not good, and it definitely wasn’t worth the money.
