Few things need improvement like room service not provided, breakfast menu was not upto like resort facility, phone not working. Room was good but not worth as per price.

paying such a hefty price for a standard room, but we didn't even get basic conveniences.
the resort did not provide us with a basic dental kit, not even a hand towel. the geysers don't work properly. you get hot water only for 1 minute.
when we call the reception they are unaware of the information to be provided. everytime they keep on asking someone else.
the restaurant has flies as pets. there are flies everywhere. on the food, on the table, on the sofas.

Awesome stay at Ellora Heritage resort. Perfect location for Ghri eshwar Jyotirlinga and Ellora cave.
Nice experience. All staffs are supportive and Room are neat n clean.
With family perspective Resort are safe and one can enjoy food, as well as other amenities.

We stayed in Family room. Big and clean rooms. Helpful staff.
Restaurant has decent menu and food is good. Vegetarian only menu.
Room has heater and AC.
Hotel rooms has nice surrounding gardens.
Hotel can host marriage function. Fortunately there was nothing during our stay.
Ambience and surrounding were nice.

good property at a great location, very near to the jyotirling temple. food served was hygienic and delicious and the staffs were courteous and helpful. road leading to the property (around 500 meters) is still under construction and can be a bit dusty and dark post sunset, so its good if you have your own vehicle.
