i recently had the misfortune of staying at emarald hotel in calicut, and i must say it was a thoroughly disappointing experience. the room i was allocated was unhygienic, with clear signs of neglect and lack of maintenance.
the toilet was in an appalling state, with mess and filth everywhere. the taps were completely damaged, making it difficult to even wash my hands. it's unacceptabl ...more

Service waa great. The staffs was friendly and comforting. Room was neat and well freshed.
The bed sheets were not comfy to sleep. The length was not covering the bed completely.
As a family the room got privacy and the staff was friendly.

Had the worst experience, rooms were extremely dirty and they gave us another room which was equally dirty. We woke up in the middle of the night due to sound of rats in the roof, was uncomfortable. worst money spent and need a refund

the rooms are full of mold and dirty. Switch on the a/c dust will come out. was sneezing all the time. changed room one time, again the same issues. not worth for the money. the pictures showing in the gallery are very old. you won't recognize when came here.
