    the hotel stay experience was unsatisfactory. upon arrival, the hotel staff informed me that my reserved room was unavailable. they then provided me with a room that had several issues, including a faulty light fixture, a malfunctioning air conditioning unit, and a problematic main door. subsequently, i was moved to another room, which also had issues, specifically with the hot water supply and the toilet flush.

    Hotel location good, but hot water not in tap.hotel boy serve hot water in buket. A.C. not not proper also complimentary breakfast not more.but overall it's OK
