hotel emerald is an excellent hotel to stay in aizwal. good location. staffs are loyal and cooperative. rooms are neatly maintained. foods are good. next visit to aizwal surely stay in emerald.

Wiring popping out from the ceiling, room feels like it's still under construction, AC not working, requested to change the room but they didn't.
Only good thing about this hotel is it's food. Rest, fully dissatisfied(amenities, service,etc.)

Quality of room and amenities:
1. Non-availablity of hot water
2. Non-working geyser
3. Broken false ceiling
4. stains on comod
5. Used soaps, no tooth brush
6. Unfinished wardrobe
7. Hole in bathroom
8. Separate beds in a Double Superior room
9. No proper curtains to cover the entire room
10. Non-responsive front desk (Deliberate disconnection of telephone)
11. No direct connection to restaurant and House-keeping staff
12. Cigarette pierced sofas
13. Misleading staff
Food Quality:
1. Tasteless
2. Unpleasant

Awesome stay. Staff behaviour was so good. Clean and Hygienic, Tasty food. Just one problem with Hot and Cold water in the bathroom.
