The 3 stars above is for location and booking was refundable in case plan changes. If you want to stay in the prime tourist location near Fateh Sagar. But cant afford the other expensive hotels due to peak season. Then it's okay to stay here may be for a night. Thats what we did due to high prices of hotels on Christmas Eve.
Staff was good to talk to otherwise towels were not clean, bathroom not clean, bucket provided in bathroom not clean, bed runner was dirty.

Tv not working ac not working. He don't have dg electricity problem power cut for 1 hours . Staff were very helpful . But not cleaness .

Staff not responds to anything. Gyser was not working, intercom was not working, dirty bed and bed sheets.
Not worth staying untill you are not paying them or booking directly.

The hotel is centrally located with most of the things available nearby, thats the only good part. They don't have a trained staff, no dining, Internet doesn't work properly. So facility are poor. This property should only be considered if you have a budget constraint or if you just need it for a evening in the middle of your commute. It's definitely a big NO if you want it on your holidays. Also i don't think OYO is delivering what they usually promise, facilities suck here.
