I recently stayed here and had a fantastic experience. The room was not only comfortable but also immaculately clean, contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The staff's were pretty friendly too. Easy check-ins.

They are not caring customer very well.no body communicate with us properly .I was coming from dubai direct to the hotel. Heavy disturbance to sleep. They are drilling on roof and sum other works are going on there.no one inform us before checked in i feel very bad experience.i should improve costumer relation service.

The room was spacious, and the staffs were cooperative. The hotel was 2 kilometres from Chengannur town junction. The public transportation facilities are currently inaccessible due to a bridge reconstruction on the road. The most convenient way to get to the hotel is to take an auto rickshaw from Chengannur town/junction.The only disappointment was that they tried to charge for basic amenities such as bottled water at prices that were significantly higher than the Maximum Retail Price (MRP). Lift facility us there. Good service by management . rooms r clean , telephone facility is there and receptionist responds quickly . Staying here Is comfortable. For vegetarian v have to go into the town. Hot water is available.i feel over all spending the amount is worth.
