the stay was really good . although we were checked in a bit late , everything was comfortable enough to stay for a night. i'm really looking forward to stay again next time

This hotel was located near Bunts hostel. Bus stop and rickshaws were accessible. Hotel was neat and clean.

Very good Service by the Staffs at Reception & all others. But the Manager is a bit rude...to ask us to Vacate by 12 noon as other Guests are waiting here inspite of Managing & promising to vacate by check out time, & yeah We did check out beforehand ..finally after a Rough & harsh debate...He says...I accept my mistake...we consider our Guests as God...but my question is ....Do you tell God...that now you get out...others are about to Come. I had a pleasant stay at Emporium Hotel. The hotel rooms are well maintained ac was working very nicely bed sheet are cleaned only negative point was pillows & bed were very old needs to be replaced. Also approach road to hotel is in a very bad condition all the tiles are loosed and some are missing hence its creates bad image about hotel. The staff is very courtious and co-operative. The service is excellant.

Nice pleasant environment, Quiet rooms ,no noise Comfortable beds, Bathroom is nice. Optimal for solo traveller . Complimentary mineral water was given , and also available there after after paying for the same. Staff is very helpful and now hindi, kannad, and English as well. Easy to reach location.

Place was stinking of cigarette smoke though it was mentioned clearly mentioned as a non smoking hotel.. AC was not working TV remote didn't work Not a pleasant/expected experience at the hotel stay Done
