I didng like the service
It was too slow
The 5th floor carpets were extremely dirty
Rooms are small comparative to the cost
It was too hot but their restaurant is roof top and dusty
Cafetaria is dirty
The trays they serve the food was used and dirty
When i asked the service person why he was serving me in the used tray he said sorry
I will not recommend it to a 4/5 rating
They only put good pictures to attarcf customers

Stay was excellent. Staffs were courteous and polite. Neat and clean, a typical of Sayaji group hotel. Value for money. Breakfast was average. Checkin smooth. Room ambience perfect. Ample parking space.

I made the Hotel booking with meal inclusive plan, as it would save my hussle of ordering from AlaCarte and might save time. However, the hotel asked us to order meals on Ala-Carte. The food order (including desserts) was ordered at approx. 09.30 pm, for which we received starters (only 1 out of 2 dishes ordered) and soup till 10.15 pm and the remaining order came at our room by 10.45 pm (which we eventually denied) .
