there was dust all over the room, the electrical and cable wires were exposed, the furniture was broken and there was a foul smell.

reasonable stay if you stay in the premium category rooms. deluxe rooms are not upto the mark as they have cockroaches in those rooms.

review of fabexpress black diamond, zirakpuri had an extremely disappointing experience during my stay at fabexpress black diamond in zirakpur. on the first day, i was given a room that was utterly unfit for occupancy. the room had no ventilation, no phone, a dirty bedsheet, a stinky washroom, and cockroaches crawling everywhere—even on the bed and inside the cupboard. to make matters worse, flies (makhhi) were swarming throughout the room.despite noticing that many other rooms were vacant, i re ...more

Worst experience at hotelReceptionist at hotel first didn't agreed about out booking for about an hour and after we made him talk with customer support team he didn't gave us the room we booked for.He was giving us degraded room and many rooms very empty then too.TBen talking very rudely with us and telling us to cancel the booking.Very much bad experience

The room could not be locked properly, there were no towels or soap provided, the sheets and pillows had spots all over themthe fan had space which was a see through from the floor above us.over all ut was not at all a good experience, and would never want to go back there
