bathroom door does not have lock. water is leaking form flush. maintenance need to be improve. service boy is empathetic, helpful and his service is good

Every corner of the room was clean, and the mattress was perfect. Service was prompt, and the pricing was very reasonable. Will return at the property again.

a solo traveler, I had a great experience at FabHotel Oriental Suites 3 The room was clean, comfortable, and had all the essentials—AC, hot water, and a TV with cable. The Wi-Fi was fast, which was great for staying connected. The breakfast, with idli vada and tea/coffee, was simple but satisfying. The staff was friendly, and the location was convenient. Highly recommend for anyone traveling alone on a budget!

I had a fantastic stay at Oriental Suites 3! The room was spacious, clean, and well-furnished with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable visit. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always willing to assist with a smile. The location was perfect—close to major attractions, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful retreat. horrible stay. the room that we stayed was unkempt. torn curtains, stained sheets, dysfunctional lights. washroom was horrible. tv not working. leaking ac. i will never book nor suggest this stay to anyone whatsoever.
