earlier day I had done booking they confirmed room is available for early check in at 7 am for 300 rs which I agreed, next day when I arrived they were telling all rooms are full, I was on the road for 2 hours and despite that at checkin time they were enough to take 300 which my booking told not to pay but receptionist started arguing, the owner of the hotel was shouting me on the call as if it was my mistake when he himself agreeed room are available for early check in, they don’t know how to ...more
