it was a pleasant stay at fab hotel saphire in mussoorie staff was polite and breakfast was good at reasonable rates i will suggest some cleanliness at hotel

it was a pleasant stay at Fab Express Sapphire ,hotel is available near mall road on walking distance and having scenic view from hotel. some cleaning recomendation from my side.

I like the hotel. it has clean room and it has helpful staff. The hotel gives us best services. it has best scenery views. it has fantastic views.

Extremely horrible experience with Fabexpress Sapphire hotel. The hotel rooms & the whole property is filthy and in a pathetic condition. Our rooms & the floor was stinking like a toilet, the property manager refused to accept this & offer any help or change. With the hill station being absolutely full we couldn't accommodate ourselves elsewhere which made things even worst. Then we left to have dinner & the manager sold our room to someone else in that period. When we came back we found another ...more
