बजट में ठहरने के लिए एक अच्छी होटल है स्टाफ भी अच्छा है अर्ली चेकिंग भी दे देते हैं रिक्शा टैक्सी भी जल्दी मिल जाती है इसकी रेट के हिसाब से बराबर सेवा मिल जाती है

They allotted my booked rooms to others customer. Sended to there other property causing lot of inconvenience.Though, Rooms are fine, I don't like the mess and confusion they made.

The staff misbehaved a lot during the stay. Initially they refused to change the bedsheets. In between they were not cooperative. The worst happened during the checkout. I asked them to give a bill because I had to submit that at my institute. They could have politely rejected me or made me understand. Instead, one of the staff at the counter started yelling. Also, he asked me to get out of the hotel. His exact words being "Aapka ho gaya hai, aap nikal jao". I never expected such a rude behaviou ...more
