Rooms were not hygienic. Even breakfast was included in our stay but they didn't provide it. AC and fans was not working properly, even on repeated complaints they didn't listen to it. Tvs in 1 one room was not working.
No was listened to our complaints.

Walls are dirty with paan and gutka spit stains on walls and stairs. Room furniture is old and worn down. Bedsheet had holes. Rooms are poorly maintained and nothing like that shown in photos while booking, which seem to be taken when this hotel was new.These guys will over charge you for everything. Very poor experience.
