No basic facilities provided. Shower tap was removed. No hot water provided. The rooms were dirty and bedsheet was full of oil patches. No Restaurant service was provided. Everything.

The reception staff was worst. They are not at all cooperative don’t know how to behave with the customers. Especially the male boy who sit on the reception. No continuous hot water in the hotel. No dental kit slippers. I would suggest you to not to waste your money on the Hotel.

I would request Goibibo to remove this hotel from their platform, they never allowed us to stay in their property, rather us to pay more and stay in an under construction property with no facilities. hotel management was super rude.

I was denied the check in. Had to wait for two hours at the reception even though it was a pre paid confirmed booking. Such a harassment and inconvenience.The hotel amenties are not as displayed . No geyser, dirty linen, no soap, dirty towels, open electric wires.

Very pathetic experience from this hotel and above all from Go also.Not at all suitable for family. Rooms were smelly, dirty ,unhygienic ,bedsheets were used and the staff was not ready to change it .They were least bothered about any complain from customers. we book for delux room but when we reached their they gave us this room,which was below average. Room did not hav basic amenities like Towels,Soap ,bucket etc.TV and AC was not working .Front office staff was very very rude. They are not ...more
