Comfortable rooms, polite staff, and a safe environment. The hotel was well located with easy access to nearby restaurants. The cleaning staff maintained the room and bathroom very well throughout my stay. Great value for money

Booked this place for a one-day layover and was very happy with the service. The staff was well-trained and handled my late check-in professionally. The bed was super comfortable, the bathroom had a clean modern finish, and the air-conditioning worked flawlessly. Highly recommended for transit or short stays

The moment I entered the hotel, I was greeted with a warm welcome and swift check-in. The lobby area was neat and gave a good first impression. My room had all the essentials, and the linen looked freshly laundered. What stood out was the quietness of the place, even though it was centrally located. The room was very clean, with modern furniture and good lighting. The location of the property is central but not noisy. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and the staff ensured we had rooms on the ground floor as requested. They even helped with carrying luggage and offering extra pillows without hesitation. The bathroom was neat, with a Western toilet, good quality toiletries, and hot water availability round the clock. It's rare to find this level of service in a budget hotel.

My stay at this hotel was one of the smoothest I’ve had in recent times. The room smelled fresh, the sheets were clean, and the ambience was peaceful. What impressed me most was the attentiveness of the staff. I requested a quiet corner room for my online meetings, and they ensured I got exactly that. Even the Wi-Fi was fast enough for video conferencing without any lags. Housekeeping was prompt and courteous. I also appreciated the 24/7 helpdesk support. Perfect for business trips
