Secluded property near the Aditya Birla construction. Rooms are cozy with wooden architecture. The room was clean with well ventilation.

No charging socket near your bed, otherwise hotel is okay okay.Location is little bit hard to find, okay for family travellers. Location is little bit hard to find, okay for family travellers.

no water in the toilet. pillows quilt are torn out... booked long back still not getting a good room.. size of the room is too small... full of dust in the room.. room service is not good... very very bad experience this time compared to the previous stay.

Stepping through the lobby, i was immediately struck by the beautiful and friendly reception area. Light, airy and very spacious...very welcoming atmosphere. The staff throughout the hotel were very professional, friendly and extremely helpful. They always greeting and smiling to us. The room was lovely. The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to the tourists who want to go to Fab Hotel NStay.

no proper light in washroom. bedsheet was too dirty and they didn't changed on complaining. same besheet for 2 days stay. no phone supply was there to call reception, u need to go downstairs for each and everything. room table was broken. things were not properly maintained
