i didn’t click any pictures beacuse am not having any hopes from your side anymore stay was so bad ac and wifi was not working washroom was not clean blankets have some marks not revert 3 times in morning i called for water at 3rd time they sent normal water even water was not called and asked me pay 3 times more amount for that and there are another lot of things

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel. Not only was the service poor and unprofessional, but they also demanded an extra Rs. 3000 at check-out for no clear reason — and refused to provide a bill or receipt for the amount. This is completely unacceptable

there is no room service available, bed tea is not available, if it is available then it is available after 8 am, room is not cleaned, there are lots of mosquitoes in room but mosquito repellent is not available…

first of all the check in and check out was really smooth which is really appreciable. talking about the hotel and room it was pretty good for that amount, no issues regarding any discomfort. the only concern is the maintenance of hotel and room which could be better.

This Hotel is 20 yr old and needs renovation as walls of the room are deteriorating due to water seepage, Electrical fitting is open and not safe for elders. Yesterday room no 2009 was allocated to me which was worst. Then on complain they changed to another room where it is manageable otherwise ambiance is not good …no freshness. Passages are also damaged and deteriorating due to water seepage. Towel provided is also not good. I want refund of my money paid to this hotel. You can evaluate this premises.
