Hotel staff denied booking and asked for extra money. hotel representative were drunk and I have scuffle with them. They were using abusive language. I was with my family. Rooms have toilet like smell water was following on floor No room service No breakfast was offered AC wasn't working and geyser wasn't working. Contact number given on book acknowledgement by wasn't working.

room were untidy and smelly. staff behaviour was rude. no help during stay. there was no toiletries, no towels. even after they didn't bring anything.

Only one towel between two persons provided and after multiple requests. There is leakage in bathroom. Under hotel rules it is mentioned non veg is not allowed. Therefore, I booked rooms with breakfast, but it serves non veg also and we cannot take breakfast there. Service is also poor.

shower didn't had hot water even though the geyser was on for a long time and the blankets smelt they refused to provide blankets, and told, that they do not provide extra blankets not a good experience
