Everything was satisfactory — good sleep, clean room, safe environment. Just a bit more focus on lift maintenance would help.

this is important for all the customers over there using gobibo as their platform to book hotels, flight. I booked the hotel for 6June -7 june, I travelled from Mumbai to Pune fot the same, I came in Pune at hotel at 12:30AM But they denied my booking as the check in time was after 12PM, I was ready to pay early check in charges but the hotel demanded full payment for night stay, it was very bad experience for me, this people only think of money and not the situation of person standing over ther ...more

they don't have an in-house kitchen and they serve only poha and bread for breakfast. for this i had paid an extra 150 to the hotel..
over all maintenance is very bad and one of the old structure buildings.

Rooms and bathrooms needs renovation. Kitchen is not available. Insects were coming in bathroom.

Would never recommend this hotel. The staff is worst, lack of professionalism, our guest were disturbed by the staff lot of times. Won't ever recommend this hotel to anyone. Please go for different options

very poor room service
no kitchen
no restaurant
room service is poor.
inadequate staff
stolen the perfume bottel when key is given for service the room in the morning .
the room was not cleaned after many reminders cleaned room .
toilet no soap or shampoo.
