overall our stay was good but there is no hot water for bathing and this issue is frequent.breakfast option is good.and ac in the room is controlled by reception.this should be controlled by the guest staying in the room. 50 toll

very worst experience ever and it was very horrible stay. no cleanliness so much dirty bed, dirty towels, dirty toilet, no hot water finger in room😱

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Friendly, accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and loved the convenient location close to major attractions.

Centrally located at Gandhipuram. They have a parking place. Nice reception and an in-house restaurant. AC working was fine. We had an issue with Wifi and Hot water for bathing.

Blankets are dirty and blackish as one can see the difference between a bedsheet and blanket. blanket is not only dirty but also torn. hanswash is a basic item which is not provided. bathroom is not cleaned and stool not provided.
