The interior and decor of the hotel is very good, it's just that the staff behaviour is little rude and they don't keep their word!!!One more thing,the hotel's lift's door's sensor is not working properly as well as is little dangerous while using,so other customers should be aware of it. Very good!!!

on the 2nd night of stay, ac was switched off. smaller requests like arrangement of tea bags etc could not be met with. else ok

the room interior is good .. rest cleanliness,staff behaviour everything is just worse... never visiting again!!! Tv - only some bangla channels are working.. basically its of no useAC- getting on and off automatically like someone else is controlling itGeyser- working but only if AC is offNo tissue roll,no hair dryer ,no kettle or cups in room,no drinking water at room,no tea,coffee,milk powder pouches present in Rooms/bathrooms are not clean.. bedsheets have stains.

very poor service.i just worried about service, rate is high in comparison to hotel standard. it should not be more than rs. 1600 - 1800.this is 2nd time i suffered because of hotel selection with inflated rate within last 40 days.

The only good thing about this hotel is the room . And that's all. Nothing else is good. Even a complementary breakfast was bad. Not worth the chargeable amount
