Pathetic room service. Broken spring mattresses. AC is not maintained properly. Checkin took hell lot of time. Night reception and room service guys are not responsible. Pillows are very old and smelly. After changing the rooms also same issues.Just adding multiple lights wont make a good hotel stay. No washroom essentials provided. Even a small town hotels provide the dental and soaps.AVOID AT ANY COST. Everything

Good property n location. But housekeeping needs to improve. toilets were smelly and shower heads were defective. had to change rooms last min. staff helpful. restaurant is great.

nice hotel in good locality. hassle-free check in, check out. rooms have AC and no fans. nice and clean rooms. it has lift, House keeping and room service
