Location is the only good thing about this hotel. They don't have electric kettle but provide hot water in morning on request which is acceptable.
We stayed for two days and I won't say it was horrible but surely an unpleasant stay for us.
Denied early check-in. Charged Rs. 1000 for extended stay of 4 hrs.
Bathroom jet had no pressure. Furnitures were dusty and linens dirty. We were willing to ignore all this but what irked us that my sister's suitcase zipper got broken. Not sure if housekee ...more

the experience was nice. the location of the hotel in the heart of the city is a great advantage. complimentary food quality needs to be looked into. very poor with the least choices of items.

The lodge and restuarant are very good. Rooms are spacious at reasonable rate. The Manager is very good person but in absence of adequate room servce staffs, proper service was not available
