Good location. Services are satisfactory , may be improved. Rooms are neat and clean. Breakfast good but limited choice. Overall good.

Average hotel, services response staff too slow, TV not working ask for check then no one came same day next day again i ask then send fod tv checking.
Gyser also not available next day i was asked room changed then they changed my room.
suggestion :- Quick response and services needed.
Breakfast was very good.

It was an unfortunate experience as, upon reaching the hotel with a confirmed reservation, they initially denied it, citing that bookings were temporarily blocked. After an extended conversation and some arguments, I was eventually provided with a room, but the situation was far from ideal.
