we have booked 3 rooms for 2 nights and television in all three rooms were out of service as no pack was active on it even after several request they turn their deaf ear and Mr.Rajesh Rana was very rude and inhumane in his behaviour even they have inhouse kitchen but they don't serve food when we arrived late night we have children with us and they sleep hungry that night we requested to provide any thing they have for children only but Mr Rana denied to serve anything as it is in remote area i ...more

Electricity is not available during power cut. They are not start generator during power cut otherwise all ok
